Long before climate doom made headlines, a cartoon told us exactly what would happen. 🌳📺

In The Lorax (1972), a young boy hears the story of the Once-ler—a man whose greed destroyed a thriving forest to mass-produce a pointless product: the Thneed.

Despite the Lorax’s warnings,
🌲 The trees fell
🌫 The skies darkened
🐻 The animals vanished

And when the last Truffula tree was gone, only one word remained: "UNLESS."

Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot…
nothing is going to get better. It’s not.

That was the message in 1972.
It still is today.
