Because I’ve never seen anyone capture our modern tragedy so clearly.

And the real tragedy?

Everyone can relate.

The promise that the internet was going to connect us was a complete lie.

It's built a world where we don't need to meet anyone and have any unplanned encounter.

"Three-quarters of UK children spend more time inside than prison inmates".

Let that sink in.

This isn’t just sad. It’s dangerous.

So what’s the antidote?
We need to rebuild real, in-person communities.

Not online communities.

More eye contact.
More shared meals.
More spontaneous interactions with humans, animals, trees. The living world.

Does this resonate with you?
Then share it. Someone in your circle needs to hear it too.
